Annapolis Yacht Club is hosting the
2nd Annual CBYRA All-Instructor Clinic on June 16th from 9am to 5pm. Experts, Olympians, world champions, coaches and pro sailors make
up the impressive roster of speakers who will lead over 12 workshops during the
day. Instructors from all Bay clubs teaching all levels of sailing are welcome
to attend. Instructors may choose from learn-to-sail or racing oriented
workshops. Racing-oriented topics include demystifying sail shape, boathandling
and even tweaking out your club 420. The clinic will also include managing
discipline and even dealing with parents. For the learn to sail staff, there
will be workshops on teaching young beginners, keeping it fun in light air, and
avoiding the top 10 mistakes new instructors make. CBYRA Junior Chair David
Houck will be there to give an update on CBYRA’s Summer Events. To register
